In this update we have expanded metabolome data, and also added types of data for metabolome, transcriptome, metagenome, and genome. Update Details Metabolome We have expanded our metabolome analysis to cover approximately 61,000 volunteers, which consists of 49,188 non-pregnant individuals and 12,559 pregnant individuals (14,389 samples), by NMR (45 metabolites). In the case of the analysis by the Biocrates kit (LC-MS/kit500), samples originally analyzed with Xevo TQ-S have been re-analyzed using its more advanced successor, Xevo TQ-XS. This re-analysis targeted approximately 4,700 samples from the baseline survey and around 1,300 samples from the secondary survey. Moreover, we have visualized postprandial changes in metabolite levels for individuals in their 60s. (example) For metabolites measured by NMR, we have also released a metabolite index categorized by age group and sex, based on the jMorp 2022 metabolome dataset.(example) Go to jMorp (Metabolome) Dataset details (Metabolome 2023) Transcriptome Information on gene expression levels obtained from RNA-seq analysis of whole blood samples are now available. (example) Dataset details (ToMMo whole blood transcriptome) Metagenome We released the relative abundances of microbial taxonomy identified by shotgun metagenome sequencing in fecal samples from 315 volunteers. Go to jMorp (Metagenome) Dataset details (Metagenome shotgun) Genome Variation JCNVv1, frequency panel of Copy Number Variations (CNVs) based on short-read WGS of 48,000 Japanese has been added. (example1, example2) Dataset details (JCNVv1) SNV/INDEL co-occurrence (correlation) data calculated from short-read WGS has been added.
